Vanessa Flesuras

Vanessa Flesuras currently serves as a Growth and Innovation Catalyst at Tektronix, where leadership is demonstrated within Fortive's organic growth incubator, the Growth Accelerator. In this role, Vanessa facilitates small, interdisciplinary teams through the dream phase of Lean Portfolio Management and Fortive Business Systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Operations Analyst and Business Operations Analyst at Rose Villa Senior Living, as well as Senior Project Coordinator at JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory), and Senior Business Analyst at PGW (Promotions Group West). Earlier in the career, Vanessa worked as a Brand Representative at various promotional events in the Los Angeles area. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from California State University, Northridge.
