Alison Beletz

Alison Beletz serves as the Marketing Director at Tekweld since November 2025, bringing extensive experience in marketing and project management. Prior roles include Marketing Director at AIM Smarter from March 2018 to August 2025, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various marketing initiatives and team management. Alison also held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Senior Sales Executive during tenure at AIM Smarter. Earlier experience includes serving as Community Relations Manager at NAPCO Media and a marketing, event planning, and social media assistant at Manayunk Development Corporation, where significant contributions included developing marketing materials for over 100 small businesses and promoting large-scale events like the Manayunk Arts Festival. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Saint Joseph's University, with a focus on Communication and Media Studies, complemented by a minor in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions.
