Amgad Hana

Amgad Hana is a skilled NetSys Technician currently employed at tekzenit, Inc. since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in IT support and networking. Previously, Amgad worked at Tech Mahindra in a brief role as an Information Technology Help Desk technician. Prior to that, at AT&T from March 2017 to August 2018, Amgad served as a Mobility Technician specializing in remote migrations for CISCO Routers and Ericsson LTE, while also preparing sites for 5G readiness. Amgad's earlier experience includes a tenure at Spice Kingdom as an IT professional from October 2008 to January 2015, where responsibilities included help desk support, PC technician duties, server administration, and technical troubleshooting. Amgad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Helwan University Cairo.
