Dan Valsky Schatz

Dan Valsky Schatz serves as the Head of Gen AI at both the Tel Aviv Medical Center and I-NEXT Data, focusing on creating impactful healthcare data ecosystems utilizing large language models. In addition to current roles, Dan holds the position of Innovation Manager at Cercare Medical and has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Aarhus University and Director of Data Science and AI Infrastructure at Clalit Innovation, where responsibilities included driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption and developing robust AI platforms. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at CNOGA Digital Care, where advancements in algorithm accuracy were achieved, and as a Machine Learning Researcher at Hadassah Medical Center, contributing to real-time machine learning solutions for medical applications. Dan holds a Ph.D. in Information Processing and Computational Neuroscience from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has significant academic and professional credentials in electrical and computer engineering.
