Nir Castro Cafri

Nir Castro Cafri has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving in trading and product development at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since November 2017 and as the Director of the Indices Products Department at Menora Mivtachim Pension Ltd since January 2009. Key responsibilities at Menora Mivtachim include managing a team of investment managers, overseeing trading operations, and implementing systems for operational efficiency and risk management. Previously, Nir held various roles including Economic Department Manager and Head of the Tracking Funds Desk, contributing to business development and management of traditional mutual funds. Nir began a career at Meitav Dash as the Manager of the Bonds Desk from January 2007 to January 2009, where daily transaction management involved significant trading volumes and client interactions. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Haifa, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
