Anna Karasik-Thurow

Anna Karasik-Thurow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and education. Currently serving as the Country Representative for Israel at Fung Academy since August 2017, Anna also holds the position of Director of China Relations at Tel Aviv University since May 2014. Additionally, Anna has been the CEO of University Central (UC) since March 2012 and previously directed the Middle East department at The Shimon Peres Peace Foundation from May 1999 to May 2002, where the focus was on fostering business connections in the region, particularly in tourism. Anna's earlier role as Executive Director at Harvard University spanned over a decade, from April 1988 to June 2000. Academically, Anna holds a PhD from Brandeis University and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
