Hristiana Atanasova

Hristiana Atanasova is a Data Scientist and Researcher at Tel Aviv University since February 2019, where significant contributions include pioneering an AI algorithm that simulates electronic transport in quantum systems and innovating variational quantum techniques to reduce computational costs. Hristiana also serves as a Teaching Assistant for Quantum Mechanics for Chemists. Prior experience includes a role as a Scientific Researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science, focusing on pulse sequences for functional magnetic resonance imaging, and as a PR Assistant at Berenberg, enhancing interpersonal skills in client-facing environments. Hristiana holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Hamburg and is pursuing a PhD in Physics at Tel Aviv University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same institution.
