Jessica Frank

Jessica Frank has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessica most recently worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Tel-Tru Manufacturing Co. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Syntec Optics from August 2022 to May 2023. Jessica also had a role as a Productivity Coach at Syntec Optics from October 2021 to August 2022. Before entering the workforce again, they stayed at home to be a parent from December 2015 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, Jessica held positions such as Regional General Manager at Schnitzer Steel from March 2012 to August 2013, Executive Management Trainee at Schnitzer Steel from August 2011 to March 2012, and General Manager at SA Recycling from May 2010 to August 2011. Jessica previously worked as the Assistant General Manager at Metalico Rochester, Inc. from November 2004 to April 2010 and as the Vice President of Samuel Frank Metal Co., Inc. from June 1996 to November 2004.

Jessica Frank received their Bachelor's degree in Business from the University at Buffalo in 2003. Jessica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university during the same time frame. Later, between 2005 and 2007, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School to pursue their M.B.A.
