Jennifer Armstrong

Jennifer Armstrong has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, primarily in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Before joining TELA Bio, Ms. Armstrong was Principal of J&J Armstrong LLC, a human resources advisory and consulting practice. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. and previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ms. Armstrong began her career in HR at Genaera Corporation (formerly Magainin Pharmaceuticals), rising to Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications, over her decade long tenure. Ms. Armstrong graduated with a Master of Science degree in Arts Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications, both from Drexel University.
