Lisa Ponssa

Lisa Ponssa serves as the Area Sales Director for the East at TELA Bio, where a focus is placed on developing innovative solutions for soft-tissue surgical procedures to improve patient outcomes. Prior to joining TELA Bio in October 2019, Lisa Ponssa held the position of Executive Vice President at Healthcare Business Media, overseeing industry-leading forums and events, including the IDN Summit and ACE Summit, which foster collaboration among healthcare executives and suppliers. Additionally, Lisa Ponssa demonstrated leadership in the Tampa Roller Derby league, serving as both President and Vice President from January 2011 to December 2015. Lisa Ponssa holds a B.S. in Biological Science from Florida State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
