Carrie Berg is an accomplished professional with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Teladoc Health since November 2020, Carrie also holds membership in the Forbes Human Resources Council and Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women leaders. Since May 2022, Carrie has contributed as an Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks, providing support to impactful social ventures. In addition, Carrie recently became a Talent Leader at StartupExperts, focusing on collaboration among experienced HR and operational leaders. Previous roles include Vice President and Director of Learning and Development at Livongo, Senior Director of Commercial Operations and Director of Education and Training at iRhythm Technologies, and various leadership positions at CardioDx, Abbott Vascular, and BIOTRONIK. Carrie holds an MBA in Leadership from Anderson University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Winona State University.
