Dana McKnight, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director & Head of Product Operations at Teladoc Health, Dana leads efforts to standardize processes across a diverse product team. Previous roles include Director of Product Operations at Accel Robotics, where Dana integrated software and hardware for autonomous retail, and Director of Delivery Operations at BVA Commerce, focusing on QA testing transformation and M&A oversight.
