Kiana Landry, MHA, is an accomplished program management leader with extensive experience in operations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management for Operations at Teladoc Health, Kiana oversees large-scale initiatives for a revenue-generating division, facilitating significant cost savings and implementing technology partnerships. Previous roles include Interim Director of the Command Center and Senior Manager of Operations at Teladoc, along with key positions at Providence, where Kiana managed strategic operations for a substantial revenue-generating division. Kiana's career also encompasses roles in licensing and credentialing in telehealth, as well as operational leadership at Mobility Outreach International. Kiana holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington and is pursuing a Mini-MBA in Healthcare at the University of Arizona.
