Kyon Hood

Kyon Hood, MD, currently serves as President and Chief Medical Officer at ivee, leading efforts to innovate healthcare delivery through at-home health services. With extensive experience in telehealth and pediatric emergency medicine, Kyon Hood has held prominent positions such as President of Teladoc Health Medical Group and Medical Director at Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania. Kyon Hood co-founded PrimeCare PedsXpress, the first pediatric urgent care in Fredericksburg, VA, and has also held various leadership roles at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center and Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard Extension School.
