Michelle Urban serves as the Director of Solutions Marketing for Mental Health at Teladoc Health since June 2022, after holding the role of Product Marketing Leader for the Healthcare Industry & Solutions at Qualtrics from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Iron Mountain, where Michelle held several positions including Senior Solutions Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager for Healthcare, successfully leading go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, and developing cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings. Earlier experience involved managing marketing initiatives for Devon Health Services, where Michelle launched multiple start-up companies in diverse sectors. Michelle holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Arcadia University, completed in 2003.
