Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where leadership included managing global presales consulting and BPM solutions. Prior roles encompass Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, along with substantial project management and architecture responsibilities at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, all while being deputed by Wipro Technologies. With a strong foundational background in software engineering from Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
