Jonathan Lee

Jonathan "JLee" Lee is currently serving as Vice President of Special Projects at Telaid Industries, Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this, JLee held multiple executive roles at Spencer Technologies from July 2018 to December 2023, including Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Delivery, where responsibilities included overseeing significant operational sectors and ensuring high client satisfaction. JLee also served as Executive Vice President of Shared Services & Customer Success, focusing on business operations and direct accountability for critical areas such as Supply Chain and IT. Additionally, as Executive Vice President of Growth, Strategy & Technology, JLee managed key accounts and developed technology strategies to support stakeholders. Earlier in the career, JLee worked at Gap Inc. from March 2001 to July 2018, rising to the position of Senior Director in Global Store Technology. JLee's educational background includes studies at Hunter College.
