Susan Oney

Susan comes to Telamon with ten years of experience where she worked to implement new programs and improve performance in existing programs throughout a multi-state footprint. She is well-versed in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), has a bachelor's in Sociology, carries a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certificate, and she will earn a Master’s in Education Training and Project Management in December 2020. Susan uses a coaching and collaborative approach, and she is excited to join an organization where she can help to build out successful systems. Susan will continue her education with a Ph.D. in Workforce and Adult Education through NC State University in the spring of 2021.
