Danielle Ostler has extensive experience in customer care and account management, having worked at Allstream from October 2012 to April 2022. During this tenure, Danielle progressed from a customer care role to the position of Customer Care Supervisor, overseeing the Utah Customer Care team and later taking on responsibilities for the Washington Customer Care team as well. Currently, Danielle is employed at Telarus, starting in August 2023 as a Partner Support Specialist and also serving as an Escalations Specialist in Partner Experience.
