Ruchi Malik Singh

Ruchi Malik Singh has been in the engineering and IT industry since 2007. Ruchi Malik started their career as a Solution Integrator at Ericsson, where they managed customer requirement vetting and respective closure, as well as preparation of CRD and Solution Outline. In 2013, they moved to VODAFONE SOUTH LIMITED, where they served as Manager of Charging & VAS Projects. In this role, they were responsible for the rollouts of Data charging nodes, ETOP-UP, PDG & IN across India. In 2017, they joined Sanofi/ U3 as an IT Project Manager, and in 2021, they became an Engineering Project Manager at Telaverge Communications.

Ruchi Malik Singh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from B.S.A ITM between 2004 and 2007. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning and Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management from LinkedIn in April 2021, a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in November 2020, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Professional from VMEdu Inc., an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2016, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2016.
