Björn has a long experience of roles in business development - both as a consultant and most recently as a business development manager at E.ON. He is passionate about creating collaboration across departmental boundaries with common goals as a benchmark. It's fun to win together! At Telavox, Björn is responsible for the Commercial Excellence gang, which, with the help of data and customer insights, improves the customer experience and simplifies the sales organization.
