Santosh Revinipati has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Santosh started their career at ORG Informatics ltd as a Customer Support Engineer, where they gained experience in installing and configuring various operating systems, performing system backups, and managing network configurations. Santosh then joined Mahindra Comviva as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of Prepaid, Postpaid, and SMSC equipment. Here, they also handled IMS core and IP-centrex for VoIP service. After this, Santosh worked at Princeton Information as a Production Support Engineer, specializing in IMS and RCS systems and monitoring system performance. Santosh then spent several years at ATMECS Inc as a Sr. Systems Engineer, followed by roles as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Digitral - Innovation Driven, imimobile (part of Webex), and Telco Systems. Throughout their career, Santosh has demonstrated expertise in technical support, system engineering, and administration, with skills in scripting, SQL, and security access administration.

Santosh Revinipati has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University. In addition, they have certifications in ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in April 2016, and two certifications as an Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Solaris 10 System Administrator obtained in May 2011.
