Jesus Ugarte

Jesus Ugarte is a highly experienced telecommunications professional with a comprehensive background in consulting, commercial management, and client engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Kalaman Consulting, S.L. since March 2024, Jesus Ugarte focuses on supply and service procurement processes, particularly for public administrations. Jesus Ugarte has held the position of Commercial Director for the Northern Region at Teldat since February 2020, while also managing client engineering at Telefónica, S.A. since June 2012. Additionally, Jesus Ugarte serves as Vice Dean of the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers of the Basque Country and previously held various engineering roles at Telefónica from 1985 to 2012. Jesus Ugarte earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of the Basque Country between 1985 and 1992.
