Małgorzata Kamińska-Kuśmierek

Małgorzata Kamińska-Kuśmierek has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 when they worked as an Apprentice at PKN ORLEN S.A. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Adhesive Technologist at PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. After five years, in 2017, they joined TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. as a Quality Control Specialist. Over time, they were promoted to Deputy Head of the Quality Control Department, and most recently, they became the Head of the Quality Control Department.

Małgorzata Kamińska-Kuśmierek pursued their education at different institutions and obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2006 to 2011, they attended the Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy, where they earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Chemistry technology.

In 2020 to 2021, they enrolled in postgraduate studies at WSB University in Bydgoszcz, focusing on Quality management.

In terms of certifications, Małgorzata obtained the certification of Internal auditor of the occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 45001:2008 from TUV NORD Polska in March 2020. Małgorzata also acquired the certifications of Internal auditor of the integrated management system and Quality manager from TÜV SÜD Polska Sp. z o.o., although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
