Prior to this role, Dakota spent nearly nine years at Simply Mac - Apple Premier Partner, holding various positions including Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager, Service Manager, and Apple Sales Professional. Responsibilities included managing inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping and receiving operations, maintaining Premium Service Provider status for Apple repairs, and training technicians. Dakota holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University, earned in 2008.
