Tara Masters has a diverse range of work experience. Tara most recently worked as a Government Business Development Director at Tele-Pro Communications and Safeguard Fire and Security, where they excelled in providing comprehensive technology infrastructure and fire protection and security solutions. Prior to that, Tara worked as a Federal Business Development Manager, Federal Proposal Manager, and Federal Proposal Writer at AACON General Contractors. Earlier in their career, they served as a Marketing Coordinator & Interim Office Manager at Metro CD Engineering, LLC, and as a Manager at Grove License Agency. Tara started their career as an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual.

Tara Masters earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ohio Northern University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2019, Tara obtained a graduate certification from the Turner School of Construction Management, offered by the Turner Construction Company.
