Lars Ola Bengtsson

Lars Ola Bengtsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lars Ola began their career as a Fitting Carpenter at Gråbo bygg AB in 1988 and then worked as an Installer at Electrolux AB in 1989. From 1993 to 2004, Lars served in various positions at the Military Academy, including Section Commander and Technical Officer in the Air Technical Branch. In 2005, they joined the Swedish Armed Forces as the Head of Material & Armament Troop, and later became the Head Teacher/Instructor of Military Technology at the Military Academy from 2007 to 2010. Lars then transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Sales Manager at Cavotec from 2010 to 2013. Lars Ola then served as the General Manager at Cavotec Engineering Service India PVT LTD from 2013 to 2014. Lars's most recent role is with Tele Radio Group, where they have held various positions including Global Export Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Manager of International Growth & Expansion, and currently as the Global Business Development Manager.

Lars Ola Bengtsson's education history is as follows:

- From 1986 to 1988, they attended Alströmerskolan in Alingsås/Rudbeckianska skolan, where they studied the Aviation Technology programme.

- In 1991, they enrolled in the Air Force Officer's Academy and completed the Officer's training (technical officer) program, earning the degree of Second Lieutenant.

- Lars Ola then joined the Swedish Armed Forces from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued the Technical/Tactical Programme and obtained the rank of Lieutenant.

- In 2000, Bengtsson furthered their education at the Swedish Armed Forces by focusing on the JAS 39 Gripen Fighter Jet.

- In 2003, they briefly attended Halmstad University, studying Pedagogy.

- Continuing their military education, Bengtsson undertook the PfPjsoc SWEDINT program at Livgardet in Sweden from 2006 to 2008.

- In 2008, they attended FHS Försvarshögskolan, specializing in Teaching Military Technology.
