Vladimir Li

Vladimir Li, FCCA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vladimir currently holds the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Tele2 Kazakhstan since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EY for a decade, starting in January 2012. During their time at EY, they held various roles, including M&A Manager from August 2022 to June 2023, Audit Senior Manager / Audit Manager from January 2021 to August 2022, Audit Manager (Luxembourg) from December 2018 to December 2020, and Audit Manager / Audit Intern-Staff-Senior from January 2012 to November 2018.

Vladimir Li, FCCA, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from KIMEP University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the Chartered Certified Accountant certification from ACCA in 2015 and the Professional Accountant RK certification from Ассоциация Профессиональных Бухгалтеров и Аудиторов Казахстана (АПБА) in 2021.
