Aija Bite-Ozere

Aija Bite-Ozere has held various HR-related positions at companies such as Tele2 Latvia, Baltic SSC, and Tele2 IoT Latvia. Prior to their current role, Aija worked as an HR Consultant at miAdvisory and as an HR Business Partner at Aldaris, part of the Carlsberg Group. Aija also has experience as a Sales Manager at Dolle SIA and as a Project Manager at Bio Energy Baltics SIA. Aija began their career as a Researcher at Amrop before moving on to roles at Tecosol GmbH as a Representative and at various other companies in Northern and Eastern Europe.
