Jekaterina Volkova

Jekaterina Volkova has extensive experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as an IT solution and change manager and previously as an activation and archiving manager at Tele2 Latvia since September 2019. Prior to this, Jekaterina worked at Cognizant as a Siebel CRM business analyst and previously served as a Siebel CRM test specialist at Tele2 Shared Service Center. Jekaterina began their career at Tele2 Latvija in customer technical support and customer service sales representative roles from April 2008 to December 2016. Jekaterina is currently pursuing education in information systems management at ISMA.
