Rinalds Kagainis

Rinalds Kagainis has extensive experience in network infrastructure and project management, currently serving as a Network Infrastructure Operational Expert at Tele2 Latvia since April 2022, overseeing maintenance works and data center operations. Previously, Rinalds held the position of Assistant to Project Manager at TERMEX from July 2020 to April 2022, managing technical maintenance for various public and commercial sites. Rinalds's earlier role as a Field Engineer at Tele2 Latvia (2007-2020) involved the installation and optimization of telecommunications equipment, alongside responsibilities in mobile network system monitoring and troubleshooting. Rinalds holds a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from ISMA University and has completed a qualification program in facility management at Biznesa augstskola Turība.
