Anthon Alfven is an experienced System Specialist with a strong background in contact center technologies. Currently employed at Tele2 since May 2011, Anthon specializes in installing, maintaining, and developing Avaya and Aastra Contact Centers for customers. Previous experience includes a role at Datametrix from January 2008 to September 2011, focusing on Avaya Contact Center products, as well as a position at H&M during 2009 to 2010 in a TSR Contact Center capacity.
