Axel Jemt

Axel Jemt serves as the Head of AI & Data Platform at Tele2 since May 2022, overseeing 27 direct reports in cross-functional teams and responsible for data and technical architecture, capacity planning, and budget management. Previously, Axel held the position of Head of Enriched Data, managing 10 direct reports and focused on D&A transformation. Prior to Tele2, experience includes roles as Product Owner at Coop Sverige, Delivery Lead at ICA Gruppen, and Agile Product Owner at Axfood, with a strong emphasis on data monetization and analytics. Axel began a career in 2016 as a Junior Change Management Trainee at the European Investment Bank and holds an engineering degree from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
