Martina Lidman possesses extensive experience in digital transformation and data innovation, currently serving as Head of Change & Data Innovation at Tele2 since November 2016. Martina has also held key roles at Tele2, including Acting Head of AI Hub, Change Manager for Data & Digital Transformation, Head of Digital Product Management, Global Head of Online Operations, and Global Head of Conversion Optimization. Prior to Tele2, Martina worked at TUI Nordic as a Digital Business Specialist, and at Svenska Spel as Head of Digital Analytics. Additional experience includes positions at Ving, Anegy Online Marketing AB, E-health, and AV Online, covering web analytics, strategy consulting, e-commerce management, and interim leadership. Martina holds an educational background from Stockholm University.
