Rita Steinberga

Rita Steinberga is an experienced Technical Customer Support Manager at Tele2 since August 2010, previously serving as Second Level Customer Operation Manager. Prior to Tele2, Rita held various managerial positions at Lattelecom from January 1995 to April 2010, including Manager of Solutions Support Department, Manager of IT Helpdesk, and Manager of Customer Assurance, focusing on the development and implementation of IT support frameworks, customer service enhancement, and project participation. Rita's early career included a role as an Operator in the Subscriber Department at Cēsis Telecommunication Center and a teacher of mathematics at Rīgas Secondary School Nr. 58. Rita holds a degree in Physics and Mathematics from Latvijas Universitate, attained between 1987 and 1992.
