Vefa Andersson serves as an Expert Talent Advisor at both Spotify and Tele2 since October 2023, through Randstad Sourceright. Prior to this, Vefa held the position of Expert Talent Advisor at UCB from March 2023 to October 2023, and was an IT Recruitment Business Partner and Team Lead at IKEA between April 2022 and April 2023, focusing on IT talent acquisition. Vefa's experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Partner at Alfa Laval in early 2022 and extensive HR functions at StödCentrum from 2017 to 2022, alongside founding Insamlingsstiftelsen Omsorg och Utveckling. Additional experience includes a Senior HR Consultant role in Malmö Stad between 2015 and 2018, and HR and Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Sverige from 2011 to 2013. Vefa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Lund University, attained in 2006.
