Head Of IT CRM Department at Tele2

Viktor Poliakh started their work experience at Southern Federal University in 2015 as an Associate Researcher. In this role, they developed and researched optimization algorithms, worked with Visual Studio IDE, and presented their software and research at conferences.

In 2017, Viktor joined Tele2 as a Software Developer, where they worked on the development team of a CRM project for the Tele2 contact center. Viktor participated in the project's porting from a monolithic structure to SoA/microservices and developed several backend services.

In 2018, Viktor was promoted to the role of Team Lead at Tele2, where they continued to work on the CRM project for the contact center. Viktor led discussions on new product features and participated in product support and new features development using React and Redux.

In 2019, Viktor transitioned to the role of Head of IT CRM Department at Tele2, where they were responsible for managing the full development cycle of three company projects in the CRM Department. Viktor optimized work processes, coordinated technical requirements and terms, and facilitated communication between customers, in-house teams, and vendors.

Viktor Poliakh began their education in 2010 at Don State Technical University, where they completed their Master's degree in Mathematical support and administration of information systems. Viktor then continued on to pursue a Ph.D. in System Analysis, Management, and Information Processing (Software Technology) from 2015 to 2019, still at Don State Technical University. In 2016, Viktor also completed an Internship Study Cycle in Software Applications Development and Analysis at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Information Technology from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava in 2017.
