Julie Barrios

Julie Barrios currently serves as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Telecare Corporation since October 2023. In addition, Julie has been a Case Manager and Counselor at Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP) since October 2017, and has held roles as a Case Manager and Counselor at The Midnight Mission since April 2010. Furthermore, Julie briefly worked in graffiti removal for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works in 2000. Academic background includes studies at East Los Angeles College.
