Megan Andrews

Megan Andrews, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Data & Analytics at Telecare Corporation, where responsibilities include developing the People Analytics department and delivering impactful analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes roles such as IT & HR Consultant, where Megan facilitated EHR operationalization and managed a leadership development program, and IT Project Manager, overseeing the EHR solution implementation for acute psychiatric facilities.
