Lina Xu serves as the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Telecare, where operational oversight and strategic growth are paramount, focusing on virtual healthcare services across Australia since 2018. Prior to Telecare, Lina co-founded Pebble Capital Pty Ltd, a consultancy aiding the healthcare and aged care sectors in financial endeavors, and founded Universal World Trade & Investment Consulting Corp. Ltd, which provided strategic management and financial advisory services. Lina also held the position of Deputy Director for the WTCA Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo, where sponsorship and business development strategies were developed. As a Research Fellow at the New Century Academy, Lina evaluated corporate social responsibility initiatives of multinational corporations in China. Educational credentials include an Executive Education program from Harvard Business School and an Executive Course in Women Entrepreneurship from INSEAD, among others.
