Amy Shepherd has over 25 years of experience in customer service roles, beginning with First Federal / First Savings Bank as a Teller and extending through multiple positions in various companies. From October 1986 to September 1999, Amy worked as a Customer Service Rep at Bell Atlantic Mobile and later at Omnicall / Talk America. Transitioning to Henry Pak Inc. from August 2001 to April 2004, Amy further developed customer service skills before taking on the role of Channel Dealer Support Rep at Teleco Inc. in April 2004, which continues to the present. Educational background includes attendance at Eastside High School and Mauldin High School between 1979 and 1982.
