Amr Ibrahim

Amr Ibrahim is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at Telecom Egypt since November 2017. Prior experience includes various roles at Vodafone from February 2012 to November 2017, including Acting Technical Regulations Manager and Spectrum Regulations Supervisor, focusing on managing network expansion and operational efficiencies. Earlier roles at Offerna and Telecom Egypt involved consulting and business development in telecommunications projects. Amr Ibrahim holds an MBA in International/Global Studies from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
