Karim Youssef

Karim Youssef is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Telecom Egypt. Karim has previously served as the Human Resources Director at AstraZeneca, the Chief Human Resources Officer at CIB Egypt, and the Managing Consultant at HayGroup Middle East. Karim has also been with EZZSTEEL for two stints, first from January 2000 to December 2005 as the Senior Director of Human Resources, and then from April 2019 to December 2021 as the Corporate Chief Human Resources Officer.

Karim Youssef has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Helwan University Cairo.
