Noha Hafez

Noha Hafez is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and training, currently serving as a Senior Engagement Specialist at Telecom Egypt since July 2017. In this role, Noha manages Employee Recognition Programs and oversees the communication plan for customer care strategies. Previous positions at Telecom Egypt include Training and Development Specialist, where Noha designed and delivered English language and soft skills training for employees. Noha also has experience as an English Instructor at MODLI and İstanbul Academy, emphasizing effective classroom management and curriculum planning. Noha is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at BIS-Helwan and holds a Master's degree in Linguistics and Translation from Helwan University Cairo, along with a diploma in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language.
