Teresa Dell'Aera is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in mobile network development and maintenance. Currently serving as the Head of Maintenance at FiberCop since September 2024, Teresa possesses a robust background from TIM, where positions included Head of Mobile Development and various leadership roles in technology, innovation planning, and network development. Expertise includes the design of GSM, UMTS, HSxPA, and LTE cellular networks, feasibility studies for radio base stations, and project validation for regulatory compliance. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and has a strong foundation in radio network design and Huawei equipment.
