Sanjay Kumar is a seasoned telecom professional with extensive experience in the industry. Since October 2021, Sanjay has served as a Joint Advisor in Broadband and Policy Analysis at the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in New Delhi. Prior to this role, Sanjay held the position of Deputy General Manager of Value Added Services at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) since March 1999. Sanjay graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad in 1994 and later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy Analysis from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in June 2020.
