Rajat Dikshit is an experienced professional in marketing and communications, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) since May 2020. Previous roles at TSSC include Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, research, events, corporate communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Rajat began the career as a Marketing Management Trainee, focusing on content creation, strategy implementation, market research, and vendor coordination. A technology trainee/research intern at the Indian Institute of Science in 2016, Rajat holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology (2012-2017) and completed higher secondary education at Bluebells School International (1998-2012).

Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Telecom Sector Skill Council is an industry-led apex body, a not-for-profit organization, committed to developing world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. The organization is a joint collaboration by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY). TSSC has certified over 6.5 lac people already work and has approximate 500 training partners with 1000+ training centres across the country and continues to strive forward with a commitment.
