Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
Rupesh Kumar is a seasoned professional in the telecom and skills development sectors, currently serving as a Manager at the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) since April 2022. In this role, Rupesh Kumar has focused on affiliating training providers and guiding them through the empanelment process, while also engaging with state government bodies. Prior to TSSC, Rupesh Kumar held the position of Project Head at Ashpra Skills Pvt. Ltd. from September 2018 to October 2021 and served as Centre Manager at Funfirst Funtronic Pvt. Ltd. from October 2015 to August 2018, following an early career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Rupesh Kumar holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan Technical University, completed between 2011 and 2015.

Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Telecom Sector Skill Council is an industry-led apex body, a not-for-profit organization, committed to developing world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. The organization is a joint collaboration by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY). TSSC has certified over 6.5 lac people already work and has approximate 500 training partners with 1000+ training centres across the country and continues to strive forward with a commitment.
