Victoria Mitchell is the Director of Global Standards Programs at the Telecommunications Industry Association. Victoria has over 20 years of experience in Communications, with a focus on Internal Communications.

Victoria has a proven track record in delivering successful communication strategies and campaigns that engage employees and drive business results. Victoria has expertise in developing effective internal communications infrastructure and measurement systems. Victoria is also an award-winning magazine editor, having served as the Internal Communications Consultant at Carlsberg Uk Ltd from September 2014 to December 2015.

At the Telecommunications Industry Association, Victoria is responsible for developing and managing global standards for telecommunications products and services. In this role, they work with industry experts to identify technical requirements and develop standards that enable interoperability and promote innovation. Victoria also manages the association’s certification programs, which ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Through their work at the Telecommunications Industry Association, Victoria is making a lasting impact on the telecommunications industry and helping to ensure that consumers have access to safe and reliable products and services.

Victoria Mitchell has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from De Montfort University in Leicester and Northampton School for Girls.

They are on a team with Teesha Jenkins - Manager, Standards Secretariat Services, Florence Otieno - Director, International Standards Programs, and Cheryl Thibideau - Technology Standards Committee Manager. Their manager is Tom McGarry, VP of Standards.
