Marina Startseva

Marina Startseva, CPA CMA, serves as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Telecon, where responsibilities include overseeing business unit financial operations with a focus on growth management and performance measurement through senior management partnerships. Marina has held various senior managerial roles in financial planning and analysis at Telecon since April 2017, previously contributing to financial operations at Thales Canada Inc. as a Project Cost Controller from 2009 to 2017, and serving as a Budget Analyst at TELUS from 2003 to 2009. Marina holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
